The Ask Trilith Foundation tasked me with designing an 180-page curriculum book titled Human Flourishing: A Field Guide Be Well, Do Good, Together. The 7x10 field guide is a five-week journey into holistic well-being, blending research, wisdom, and daily reflection. I led the process from conceptualization to the designing of the entire piece. I created the embossed cover, illustrated custom icons for each day, and designed the full interior layout and exterior cover.
